The shade and base are white opal glass with a mellon ribbed shape and an embossed vine pattern. The both have yellow and orange base paint with a floral scene of blue flowers and two different shades of green leaves. The glass is in good condition but has 1 chip and bites on the fitter and a couple small chips on the top edge with bites as well. It also has a burst air bubble on the inside at the knuckle and surface marks on the paint on the high areas.
There is wear to the paint and also traces of gold paint near the shades fitter. On the inside of the base it has 503 written on it. The brass is in good condition and does not have any splits or repairs and comes with a No. 3 Edward Miller duplex burner with new wicks. On the font there is some dings with a couple dents on the edge where it sits over the glass base. The footed cast base has no plating on it but there are small traces in a couple areas. At the feet, corrosion has eaten away at the metal and in a couple other areas but it still sits properly on a tabletop. On the bottom it is marked with a 3 and a B. The lamp measures 20" to the top of the chimney and 17" to the top of the shade. The shade is 6" tall and the top open edge is 4 1/2" in diameter. The fitter is 9 7/8" in diameter and the cast base is 6 1/4" x 6 1/4.
