Signed Antique Meissen Porcelain Blue Onion Oil Lamp Electrified Exc Cond Works. Up for sale is this beautiful antique porcelain lamp by Meissen, Germany.

This lamp in the popular Blue Onion pattern was originally an oil lamp that was professionally converted to an electric lamp. The lamp measures 18 1/2" to the burner, 27 1/2" overall and 6 3/4 diameter at the base. The lamp is marked on the base with the blue Meissen crossed swords, the number 82 in blue and an impressed set of numbers and symbols (see photos). The lamp is in excellent working condition with no chips, cracks or repairs to the porcelain.
