Moon & Stars Oil Lamp / Amber Font And Base Are The Same Amber Tint - The Base/Stem Appears Slightly Darker But It is Not / The Glass Is Original Antique Glass parts You Can See That The Font Has A Glass Pin For Connecting The Bass Part / The Brass Collar And Brass Connecting Part Attached To The Font Have Been Reattached With Plaster / The Collar Is A Newer Solid Brass Replacement / It appears The Rod And Nut Are Replacements Also. I bought the lamp in this condition and although it is not all original, it is a very nice oil lamp, the base has roughness at the bottom rim on each of the pointed detailing which is typical, there are no cracks or chips. With some patina, a antique burner, and chimney you will have a late 1800's period lamp that is not period perfect.
