Its excellent proportions, clean lines and stunning colour make it nothing short of eye catching. Its size makes it very versatile as it can be grouped with other lamps or displayed in a smaller space. It would be as much at home in a contemporary setting as a Victorian home. The cast base is free of damage and has been painted gold. This can be refinished or plated to suit your decor. The internally ribbed fount is in very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, scuffs etc. With very few inclusions and manufacturers flaws. It is a strong turquoise with good depth of colour. The photos of the fount on its own show the colour at its most accurate. The brass undermount and collar both have a fine crack/stress fracture (see photos) neither of which affect the integrity of the lamp or are particularly noticeable once the lamp is assembled. The British Made single wick burner is in excellent condition.

All chimney prongs are present and the wick winder moves freely. The chimney is in excellent condition. Even though it does have a couple of tiny air bubbles I feel this is a replacement.
