Figural Swan Green Milk Glass Nutmeg Oil Kerosene Finger Lamp Patent 1877 Antique. Wick control is marked Pat. This rare finger lamp looks great though close inspection reveals some issues: There's a very fine hairline in the glass that runs under the right wing, then up over last three feathers of right wing, and across the back to top of last feather of left wing. See the middle grouping of photos (starting at the 9th photo) for detailed views. Note how from some angles the hairline is practically invisible. The lamp has likely had this issue for decades, and it remains secure and stable, does not feel fragile at all, and holds air pressure (I blew into it to test). The thin brass nutmeg "dome" has cracks. The green milk glass part is about 3.5 tall. Overall height with glass chimney is 8.25. Ask questions if you have them.
