Buckeye Glass Cranberry Opalescent Shell & Swirl Oil Lamp with Shade, Electrified

This oil lamp was made by the Buckeye Glass Company and features the Sheldon Swirl pattern. The foot is clear glass, and the font is cranberry with white opalescent swirls. The white glass shade has a vertical rib pattern.

The lamp is antique and was made in the 1880's or 90's. The shade might not be as old as the lamp, but the exact age is not known. If you want to use this as an oil lamp all you need to do is replace the burner.

The lamp with shade in place is 14 inches tall. The lamp measured to the top of the brass collar is 8 inches tall. This lamp is in excellent working condition. There are no cracks or chips.
