Beautiful Antique Hanging Oil Lamp With Floral Shade and Crystals

This is a gorgeous antique hanging oil lamp. I haven't been able to find any markings on it. It measures 29 high from the bottom decoration to the top of the ceiling cap (not extended).

The shade measures 13 3/4 in diameter. The lamp is in good condition.

The shade looks bright and good. There are no cracks or chips in the glass. There are a few spots where the paint looks like it is scuffed or rubbed. All the crystals are included. I think the mechanism that drop the lamp may be jammed because I could not get it to work. Please let me know if you need additional information about this special piece.
