Antique Vintage Green Clear Glass Paneled Kerosene Oil Lamp Base and Burner EAPG

The knob to raise the wick works but it could likely use a drop of oil. Says patented with a date that is hard to read but I think it is in the1880s. Not sure of the actual age of this piece.
