Antique Victorian Hanging Oil/Kerosene Lamp BLUE shade

Incredible old hanging oil lamp, it is on chains so can be pulled down from ceiling. (seems to still work great too) Someone has evidently converted it to electric at some point but I do not know if it actually works. If purchasing for actual use, I would count on having it rewired. It appears the original burner is still intact although no wick is there now, there is a light bulb socket. The wire was run outside the lamp along the chain. It looks like it should have a glass chimney but there is not one. Overall in very good condition, some tarnish here and there on the brass and occasional small scratches, but no cracks or chips were found on the glass. The lovely crystals hanging around the perimeter give this lamp a real formal look. There are no maker marks that I could locate. I thought that it may be an Edward Miller Lamp, a second opinion thought that it may be a Plume & Atwood Lamp. Both would have been produced in the late 1800's era. A 33 drop and approx.
