Antique Victorian Blue Enameled Glass Miniature Oil Lamp

Offered for sale is a beautiful antique blue glass miniature oil lamp with white enamel decoration on the exterior accented with gold gilt leaves. The lamp was made during the late 1800s and it includes its brass collar, burner, shade holder, and chimney.

The lamp stands about 9 3/4 tall from the base to the top of the chimney and the knob of the burner has a diamond design. The overall condition of the lamp is excellent. It has no chips or cracks with the exception of several small chips & flakes to the top opening of the shade as is pretty standard with these.

The color and clarity are excellent with no cloudiness to note and the inside is very clean with some residue in the base. There are minimal exterior scratches and you can expect to find the typical imperfections associated with older glass to include airbubbles, strawmarks, etc. The gold gilt accents are pretty strong with some minor loss and the metal components function as they should with no splits or dents just standard tarnishing.
