Miller (signed) Oil Burner on Tole painted (strawberry design) metal base. The wick is in place and moves up and down easily and the oil cap screws on and off easily. The burner is signed "Victor". The metal painted base has a curved handle and measures 8-3/8" x 6-1/4" (exclusive of the handle) x 1-7/8.
