This is a Reticulated Cast Iron Bradley & Hubbard Pull Down Oil Lamp, often called "Iron Horse". Signed and dated on the pull down weight, this lamp is stunning. I believe the style is Art Nouveau and the iron is finished in black. In addition to the Bradley & Hubbard name on the weight is the following: Pat'd Oct 31, 1871 Apr 15, 1877 The burner is signed BANNER and the following is stamped on the wick turner: P&A MFG CO WATERBURY, CONN. If you want to electrify this lamp, please let me know and I will include an electrified burner that fits the font and is the correct size for the chimney.
