Looks like it is a conversion. Some very tiny chipping around the base of the top shade where it sits into the lamp but all is not visible when put together. I think it is a three way switch or at least a 2 way. All the metal is brass including a ring around the top of the shade. The base does not light up but would not be hard to add that conversion. Comes with a tall chimney too.

26" tall not including chimney, top shade is 35" around. There are a few tiny specks of white paint here and there, looks like someone was painting their house with a roller. I managed to get most off but you might see a pin head size or smaller speck here and there. Red glass is a satin finish with the emobossed flowers being clear or almost clear.
