Beautiful, most likely French, cobalt blue and gold painted porcelain and brass oil lamp base. It is outfitted with an oil tank, a P&A Mfg. Banner burner, a three-prong shade holder and a 10 chimney. It also comes with a lovely Fenton blue-crested opalescent swirl shade. Measures approximately 18 to the top of the shade.
