Antique Pittsburgh Rose Pattern Frosted Glass GWTW Parlor Table Lamp. Does not have a chimney but one could be added.

I just don't have one. Stands about 23 1/2 tall. Top globe is roughly 10 1/2 wide. Removable pot has a couple small dings on the area that is inside the lamp holder.
