Antique Petite GWTW Victorian Gilded Dragon Frosted Shade Kerosene Oil Lamp. A Stunning Antique Original Kerosene GWTW Petite Victorian Lamp with a Gilded Chinese Loong Dragon & a Quiver of Arrows w/ Wreath & Oak Leaves on a 6 Frosted Semi-Translucent Glass Ball Shade. The Antique 2-Up Shade (twice repeated pattern) of the Gilded Dragon and the Gilded Wreath, Quiver & Oak Leaves symbolizes success, strength, power & love in Chinese Tradition & Greek Mythology. The 6" diameter shade has 2-5/8" bottom opening for a 2-3/4" shade fitter; and the top opening has its original brass heat ring intact and measures 1-3/4" in diameter.

The Gilded Ball Shade is in VG+ Condition with no loss of the Gild nor any chips, cracks, or other condition issues. The Small Victorian Cast Iron & Brass Lamp Base, circa 1890's, is attributed to the Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass, and Glass Company and all Original. The base is approximately 4-1/2" in diameter and measures 8-1/2" to the top of the miniature font. It has a Plume & Atwood Victor #1 CD Burner w/Folded Wick System (no wick) with a Kosmos #6 Chimney.
