Antique whale oil stand lamp in lovely New England cranberry amberina glass Lovely color that actually has a slight iridescent glow in the sunlight Pattern is floral with upward petals along the font, culminating in outward petals at the widest point with a dome top Pretty tiered and ribbed opaque white base with no chips or cracks 7/8" brass collar threading to accept a #1 burner Clear glass font is free of chips or cracks Brass connector has been re-plastered at some time in the past; there is a 3/4" split in the brass connector and the font sits very slightly askew - very hard to notice it at all (please see pics of split).
