Antique Multi Color Grape GWTW Success Oil Lamp, Pittsburgh Lamps/Pilabrasgo #DL

This is a stunning antique Gone With The Wind style lamp made by Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass & Glass Company. The lamp is done in green opaque glass with a grape design in heavy relief accented in red, purple, and gold. Pittsburgh was famous for their patented "Success" burner which they advertised as having remarkable illuminating power. This lamp has a rare design and color combination which is highly collectible. This lamp has been converted to electric, and you can see from our images that both sections light up.

It has the "Success" mark on the burner knob. We have a reprint of the maker's catalog from 1916 with this lamp in it. We are happy to send you a copy of the page if you'd like it for your records. The lamp is in very good antique condition with minimal wear.

There are a few areas of minor paint loss. The lamp is fully functional.
