Antique Miniature Adjustable Brass Table Oil Lamp with Signed Opaline Shade

Antique Miniature Adjustable Brass Table Oil Lamp with Signed Opaline Shade. It has a circular-form weighted base which supports a horizontal arm and a cast-brass foot with ornamentation. Vertical shaft supports a font holder and is fitted with an adjustable sliding arm which supports a smoke bell. Fitted with a "Sterling" burner, colorless chimney, and a signed opaline white shade with eight large panels, each panel and top rim with aqua-green outlining. I can't make out the maker from the stamp. Good used condition, screw holding the font is not original, signs of brass brazing on the arm before the ring for the vertical arm, couple small dings.
