Antique Meriden B Company Oil Lamp Electric Converted Silver Plated Handpainted. Antique silver plate kerosene or oil table lamp produced by Meriden Britannia Company in Meriden, Connecticut. This oil lamp was converted to electric and stands 20" to the top of the chimney and 17" to top of the globe.

The metal base is marked on the bottom with the Meriden B Company 410(see picture) The base has a floral wreath silver plated wreath. This lamp is in good antique condition. The silver plate could be cleaned and polished. The globe is Handpainted floral with peach and pink flowers. The globe has no chips or cracks and measures 9 " in height and 9 " wide.
