Description : An antique Kerosene or Oil Lamp w/ Brass base & collars, pictorial Milk Glass Stem and colorless blown Glass Font, 13H, c. Glass font is a squat, onion form with cut star & bullseye details. Milk Glass stem has a House & Trees in a Winter Scene flanked by decorative cast brass ribs. The second tier of the base appears to be copper or similar.
Evaluating early Fluid Lamps is well beyond the scope of my expertise. The photos are probably the best description.The font interior could use a cleaning and the brass components have tarnish, as shown. The upper wick opening has a small dent. No other apparent damage or repairs noted.
