ANTIQUE Hanging Oil Spinning Wheel Lamp. Item appears to be completely functional, save for the parts that require oil. We dont have any sort of oil in hand to test it out, but regardless of this the item is in great shape. When oil is included, it climbs up through a small tube and turns the wheel on the decorative house. Has a chain attached to the top for easy hanging. Some scuffs and scratches here and there. Light on item works fine. Item comes as it is shown in the pictures above.
