Antique Hanging Oil Lamp Cherub design in Iron Fixture

Antique Hanging Oil Lamp with Cherub design in Iron Fixture and Cherub Painted Shade 10 shade Ornate and Original Oil Font with Prisms. A collector I know told me the hanger is probably european into the early 20th century and thinks the shade is likely from the same period as that is a transfer paint image rather than hand painted.
