Antique Glass Oil Lamp On A Cast Metal Base & Ornate Collar

A pair of antique glass oil lamps with lots of cast metal on them. The bases and an ornate collar on the top of both.

The only issue is the rim of one of the lamps has a broken piece missing, as shown.
