Im dating this to around 1900. It measures, not counting the handle 23 tall X 10 3/8 across bottom. The lantern weighs 23 pounds 4 ounces. The base is copper and the balance is brass and glass.

There is one chip on one of the lens veins, nothing bad. Please see the photos for the particulars. Package measures, 27 X 14 X 14.
