Depression Era Glassware: A green, footed, globe-shaped oil lamp, pin-spiral optic, and original brass burner. Total height of this piece is 8 1/2" to the top of the burner and 17 1/2" to the top of chimney. The font part fluoresces under a blacklight and is stunning.
Condition is superb, with no chips, cracks, film, stains, or repairs of any kind to the glass font; and no bad bends and no breaks to the metal burner. The collar of the burner is plastered over a flange in the glass and the burner itself c=screws into it.
There is no wick in the lamp. The lamp is very delicate looking and pleasing to the eye. This is a lamp any collector would love to have in their collection as i did.
