The conversion took place quite a while ago so the power cord may not meet current quality safety standards. Turns on and off with the Leviton toggle switch seen in photos. Some wear/scratching specifically on the bottom of the base. Looks like there was once a piece of green felt on the very bottom that has now been removed. Other than that, no damage to the globe or any other part of the lamp that we have noticed. Would be a fantastic addition to bring a touch of charm into any home.
