Antique Art Nouveau Painted Spelter French Figural Oil lamp Newel Post withshade

Here we have a beautiful lady lamp in the Art Nouveau style, flowing dress , her long hair pulled up , peering with a smile at a flower. Vanity is the theme no doubt. This is obvious a newel post lamp, it has a rather crude block of wood screwed through the top as shown. It apparently was taken directly from a newel post and screwed to this block.

It has the original glass font for oil. The shade doesn't look original, in fact it looks new, too heavy. The figure itself has original paint also newer paint touch up? It wouldn't hurt to repaint it.

No breaks or missing pieces. The figure by its self is 19-3/4" tall, with front its 28-1/4" tall , and with shade its 36 tall.
