Antique Adams Glass Thousand Eye Oil Lamp
This is a striking oil lamp from the Adams Glass Company in the Thousand Eyes pattern. It dates from the 1880's. See Catherine Thuro's book Oil Lamps page 262 for more details. They came in many color combinations, and this is one that I think is most appealing. It is 14.5 inches to the top of the burner. Burner and chimney are probably not the originals. It has only one flaw I could see, and that is a crack in one of the feet, which I tried to capture in the last picture. I will insure it for whatever price it sells for.
