Antique 1860's Parlor Hurricane Oil Lamp Handpainted Farmhouse Sailboat Lake. Up for sale is this Antique Oil Parlor Hurricane Lamp. Before Gone With the Wind lamps! The burner ring is stamped with Pat.

May (not legible in between) /1877. The knob that turns wick up and down has 2 circles of printing - the inner circle appears to read: Pat.

The outer circle appears to read: pat. This is beautifully painted font appears to be hand-painted molded glass? Scene is Mountains, Lake & Farmhouse Scene. Antique parlor lamp believed to be circa 1860's - 1870's. Globe and chimney are intact.

There is a hairline crack from the rim that is smooth with the surface. All other minor metal dents or bends are consistent with use of over 100 years. The glass globe there is a small chip on the top edge. Its smooth when you run your finger over the chip. The glass globe etched frosted has a Hunting Dog Scene and also appears to be a deer as well. The Lamp measures 19 Tall to the top of the glass chimney. I pack your items like I would want my stuff to be packed, safe and sound.
