Antique 1800's Oil Lamp Base Asian Influenced Hand Painted Footed Glass

The glass is all hand painted and is in excellent condition, no cracks or any noticeable wear to the hand painted decoration. The lamp stands approximately 13 to the top of the chimney supports. The curved base feet measure 6-1/4. It was electrified at one point but that has all been removed(no internal font reservoir).
