1890 Miniature student lamp Brass nutmeg burner syrup antique early sugar

Turn of the century, 1890's? Miniature student lamp, 10 3/4 HOA, unpolished, looks to me to be original but could not find much info on makers, shade has as made roughness, nutmeg burner which looks correct, a great little piece of early American history for sure.
