1870s BOY EATING GRAPES FIGURE STEM OIL LAMP WITH ORNATE FROSTED GLASS SHADE

Here's a wonderful 1870s original Boy Eating Grapes figure stem kerosene lamp with flowers around 8 sided frosted glass font.... Ornate frosted glass shade also has flowers, etc.....

Black iron base with bronze finish stem of boy eating grapes with sheep trying to get grapes... Original hand blown frosted glass font is 8 sided with etched flower on each panel.... Shiny polished brass shoulder plate with threaded brass collar... Brass burner has P&A MFG CO with patent dates on the round wick knob; fancy decorations on the side of wick shield; nice round gallery supports the globe..... Frosted glass globe has embossed flowers and decorations around it, along with etched designs; ruffled rim....

3 7/8across fitter base ring.... Replacement big bulge glass chimney has painted torch & wreath designs around it..... Lamp is 9 1/2tall to brass collar..... 19 to top of chimney.

Everything is in excellent shiny nice condition with no chips, cracks or damage of any kind. One of the finest figure stem antique oil lamps we've had...
