Vintage Mid Century 3 Light Oil Lamp Look Chandelier withGlass Globes & Prisms
This is an original vintage (mid 20th century) chandelier with three arms holding lights that resemble oil lamps, each with their own key style switch, round glass globe, and decorative metal cap on top. There are also six glass prisms; three around the top, and one on each arm.
The chandelier is suspended by a chain that is attached to the original matching ceiling canopy that is complete with the mounting bracket. The chandelier has been tested and is working.
The wires look original and in good condition but should be inspected for safety or replaced before installation. The entire piece is in very good condition and the original aged copper and gold colored finish is intact and looks excellent with only minor wear and is a little dusty from storage.
The gold looks a little brighter in a couple of the photos because the corner was dark and the camera flash went off. All three glass globes have a darker smoke colored ring around the top (added during manufacture to enhance the oil lamp look) and all three are original and in excellent condition with no visible damage. They screw in place at the top of each lamp.
The brass caps that sit on top of the glass globes have some flakes in the finish, a couple dings around the bottom edges, and one of the round finials on top has been replaced with a metal ball that is slightly smaller in size, but the difference is not very noticeable. The entire chandelier is otherwise complete, and nothing is broken or missing. The chandelier measures 12" across the glass globes and it hangs down a total of 38" from the ceiling.
