Up for sale is a rare antique 19th century gilt bronze figural Michael Archangel oil lamp. It's cast out of very thick gold gilded bronze with very elaborate detailing, is a heavy piece, and in the form of the Archangel holding a long sword. The lamp is mounted with a removable brass burner which holds a small clear glass chimney shade. It fits nice and tight but not threaded.

The piece has acquired a nice patina from age and measures 13 1/2 inches tall by 3 3/4 inches wide. The burner is missing one prong as shown in last photo.
