Up for sale is a very rare antique 19th century Minton majolica electrified oil lamp. It's made of an ornate green glazed pottery with a high gloss finish. The design features stylized griffins with very elaborate patterns done in high relief.

It's mounted to a thick dore bronze footed base which is also very intricate. It has an on/off turn switch located on the corner, it operated a generic sized socket at the top, and works great. It's in very nice condition and measures 12 1/4 inches tall by 7 inches wide.
