Mid 1800s Antique Electrified Victorian Oil Lamp Chandelier

Mid 1800's Antique Electrified Victorian Oil Lamp Chandelier. There is a small chip in top lip of milk glass shade. Not noticeable when brass ring is present. Also the oil container glass has been cracked. It is also not noticeable when assembled. I have not cleaned or done anything to this chandelier other than assemble for photographs.
