Shade is 9 3/8" tall , bottom is 10 1/2"across, and weighs 5lbs, 10 oz. It is about 12 1/2 across in the middle.

There are several flaws (some pictured) and no chips, cracks or repairs. Don't know if Sandwich made this type of shade or not.
