Fabulous Pair 1910-20's era Egyptian Woman & Oil Lamp Electric Wall Sconces

Fabulous Pair 1910-20's era Egyptian Themed Woman & Oil Lamp Electric Wall Sconces. These electric wall sconces are really awesome! Egyptian motif head and oil burning lamp are composed into these fixtures. They are factory made but I can find no mark on them as to who made them. They are brass as no magnet sticks to them, however it is possible that the oil lamp is pot metal and plated.

I did not take them apart, this is just the way I found them at an estate. Great old patina to them.

They have been rewired with newer wire at some time. Two of three of the tightening screws that would hold a shade on have been replaced with old brass screws, they are not original. Approx 9 3/4 from back of the wall fitting to the front of the ruffled piece just the socket.

Approx 5 1/2 from top of the shade fitting to the bottom of the acorn under oil lamp. Round fitting that rests against the wall is 4 3/4 in diameter. I cannot tell you if they are operating, but with the new wire, my guess is , that they do.

The pull chains do turn the light on and off seem to work fine. These are extremely unusual for a sconce electric fixture, I have never seen the likes of them before.
