An absolutely stunning oil lamp featuring a floral and spider web pattern. Both pieces match and are of the same pattern.
The burner appears to be newer and not original to the lamp. Re unfamilar with oil lamps. Never use force to remove any parts. While some parts are threaded, others use different latching mechanisms.Ask someone knowledgeable if you have any difficulties or don. T know how to properly prepare for lighting. Item is in excellent used condition. The rims of the globe are rough. As typically seen in older lamps. The burner connection on the font is slightly dented; this prevents the burner from securely screwing into the lamp and causes the globe to lean slightly to one side. Stains inside font, and tiny dark spots on exterior glass. I have not scrubbed lamps clean so these stains may or may not come off. I lightly washed exterior only.
