Antique Hinks Art Nouveau Parlor Oil Lamp w/ North Wind Base & Cherub Globe. This is a wonderful antique Hinks and Son Birmingham Art Nouveau parlor oil lamp. This lamp is 23 tall to the top of the globe which has two different scenes featuring cherubs.

The scroll work around the scenes is hand painted. The base has two north wind figures and the metal top of the glass font has four.

There is a patent number, the lamp is not dated, it is probably 1880's-1890's. The chimney has a unique shape and could be original. The Hinks turn button has a crack and there is slight roughness on the top and bottom opening of the glass globe otherwise the condition is very good.
