Antique 19th c. Signed marked pewter glass whale oil lamp clock timekeeper

This is an antique lamp which also was supposed to tell the time. There is a glass reservoir at the top with Roman numerals in the pewter strips at the sides of the glass. The lamp is pewter, and there is a maker's mark with initials in the center of the base at the bottom. The lamp stands about 14-1/4" tall and the base is about 7" in diameter. Condition is good, although it appears to have had a repair in the section below the glass. Also, the lid to the burner is missing. There are also a few minor bumps to the base and a 1/4 crack just above the base. Everything is tight and straight.
